I was ordering just a base so we could put what we wanted on top, and I wasn't quite sure what I was doing. I was able to talk to someone on the chat who was extremely helpful! They answered all of my questions, and there were a lot. They assisted me with placing the order over the phone. I got the proof back the next day and the corrections the same day. The finished product is amazing. It is a very nice trophy base, and the engraving is great!! I would definitely use them again.
